Shipping policy
We offer shipping worldwide via Australia Post (for both domestic and international orders).
International orders may be subject to import taxes/duties, which we do not cover.
We do not offer free returns. Customers will need to pay the postage costs associated with making a return.
Once parcels are scanned into the Australia Post system they are out of our control and we do not accept responsibility for any problems or delays associated with transit and delivery from that point. We will assist customers with any issues to the best of our abilities but any problems will ultimately need to be taken up with the courier of the order.
